How exciting. This is the second time in as many weeks I get to announce the release of a book written by one of my friends. Adnan Mahmutovic's new e-book, Illegitimate, is now available for download at Cantara Books. I blogged about Adnan's writing in a Getting to Know Us post last month. Since his short fiction blows me away, I think I can recommend a download of his novel even before I have a chance to review it, which I promise to do on Cross Reference asap. Adnan's characters and settings are always rich and compelling.

YES! I downloaded my copy and have already read and reviewed it (it's not gone up yet on R's & T's, but I released the review to him and Cantarabooks)....
